If you want to add products to your existing order, please contact us immediately and we will let you know how.

Your original order cannot not be dispatched and you need to add at least £5 worth of goods.

There is a flat rate of £3.85 for all orders. This service is tracked/insured and usually takes a few working days to arrive.

To view the most recently added products to the shop, simply navigate to your chosen category and use the drop down menu at the top of the page and sort the products by date.

You will then see the most recently added products first.

We aim to get your order picked, packed and shipped within 2 working days. Once your order has left us you will receive an email to confirm this with tracking details.

Your order should then arrive within a few working days.

If you decide you want to add or remove products from your order, please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped, no amendments can be made.

We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations. We currently only send our parcels within the United Kingdom. (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.)

What if my order has arrives incorrect or damaged?2020-05-21T12:14:25+01:00

Hopefully your order will arrive correct and in perfect condition. But if your order is wrong or damaged, please contact us with your name, order number and the problem with it.

Please note: If we find an ordered item is actually out of stock with us but showing on the website, we will send you a replacement item as close as possible to it.

Please note: To prevent fraud for missing item claims, we check our remaining stock levels to confirm if an item has been missed from your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it, provide you with store credit or refund you (excluding any shipping cost paid). You will have to pay for the shipping of returned items. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or full refund.

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us and if it has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If the order has been dispatched, please see our ‘returns policy’ within these FAQs for more information.
